Year 10 students recently took part in the exciting Maths Feast competition hosted by Burnley College, and what a fantastic day it was!

The event brought together students from across the region for a fun, fast-paced series of mathematical challenges designed to test problem-solving, logical thinking, and teamwork. Working in teams of four, our students tackled a variety of rounds, each requiring a different approach and strategy — from number puzzles to algebraic reasoning.

The competition lasted several hours and demanded not only sharp maths skills but also strong collaboration and communication. Our teams showed great determination and worked brilliantly together throughout.

It was a truly rewarding and inspiring experience, and we are incredibly proud of our students for embracing the challenge with such enthusiasm and focus. Well done, Year 10!
